We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible—ideally within 24 hours of delivery—and provide a clear photo of the arrangement. This helps us to swiftly resolve the issue and continually improve our service quality.

Refund & Replacement Options

If your flowers are damaged on arrival, do not meet our freshness guarantee, or there is a genuine issue with your floral order, we’ll promptly offer a solution. You may choose from the following options:

  • Replacement: We will arrange for fresh flowers to be delivered to you at the earliest opportunity, at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not convenient, a full or partial refund can be processed, depending on the nature of the issue.
  • Credit: If you prefer, we can offer you store credit towards your next beautiful floral arrangement, perfect for a future special occasion.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days via your original payment method, once the issue is validated.

Freshness Window and Customer Responsibility

Florist West Green guarantees each bouquet for a five-day freshness window when basic care guidance (such as regular trimming, fresh water, and cool placement) is followed. Flowers are a delicate, natural product and some variety-specific factors or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect their longevity. If you ever have concerns about the lifespan of your arrangement, we encourage you to reach out during this guarantee window so we can help.
